Heather and Alexandra were absolutely amazing through the entire wedding planning process. Having our venue handle catering and bar services as well, really saved me so much stress and planning during the months prior to the wedding. They handled the months of random emails with questions, concerns, etc. like the pros that they are. They were flexible and understanding in the last couple weeks leading up to the event, as I was dropping off decor, running through tech testing, and worried about rain. Most importantly, having the day of setup, coordination, and just all around organization handled entirely by Heather and Alex meant that we didn’t have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day. I spent the whole day getting ready, and I think they only asked me one or two questions about my preferences on a couple last minute adjustments due to rain. They worked tirelessly to make sure our day was exactly how we had envisioned it, and if there were any hiccups we were blissfully unaware. The whole staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone had an amazing day/evening. Of course the venue itself is beautiful, charming, and incredibly photogenic—but I’m certain it’s Alex and Heather that made our day so special. We could not have asked for a better team, and we would choose The Longview Mansion again in a heartbeat.
