Who is coming, and for how long

Count every adult guest who might raise a glass. The bar runs a minimum of two hours; most receptions run five.

Seated receptions hold up to 250.
Two-hour minimum. Hours past five are billed hourly.

An open bar covers every pour for the evening and includes the full bar setup. Per-drink bars bill by the glass and carry a $250 setup fee plus a $10 per guest minimum.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The Saturday rate includes the house, grounds, Conservatory, tables and chairs, our staff, and every service charge, tax and fee. The number you see is the number you pay.

How many events do you host per day?

One. Your date is yours alone — the house, the grounds, the staff, from first delivery to last car down the drive.

How do we reserve a date?

A signed agreement and a retainer hold your date on the 2026–2027 calendar. The balance follows at 120 and 60 days.
