This policy explains what this site collects when you visit, why it is collected, and how to change your mind. Longview Estate is responsible for that information.
Information we collect
Two kinds of information reach us. The first is what you send: the inquiry form collects your name, email address, phone number, event date and anything else you type into it. The second is what the site measures, and none of it runs until you accept. Google Analytics 4 records the pages you view, your approximate city, your device and browser, and how you arrived. Microsoft Clarity records a replay of your visit, including mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and the pages you move between. Declining leaves the site fully usable.
How we use information
Form submissions are used to answer your inquiry, check dates and plan your visit. Analytics and session replay are used to understand which pages are read, where people lose the thread, and what to fix. Your information is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.
Sharing
Three processors handle data on our behalf, and nothing travels further. Minaka hosts the inquiry form and passes submissions to the Longview events team. Google LLC processes analytics data. Microsoft Corporation processes session replay data. The last two receive nothing until you consent.
Security
Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are held in the booking system used by the events team, reachable only by staff who need them. This site sets no measurement cookie of its own before you accept.
Retention
Google Analytics data is retained for fourteen months. Microsoft Clarity recordings are retained for thirty days. Inquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it takes to plan and record your event, and beyond that only where a contract or tax record requires it.
